Snack Time

Hershey Brownies

This is not the brownie of my dreams. This is the brownie of my childhood. Ever try a brownie and think "this could be less chocolatey and more sugary"? Well then, this is the brownie for you. I happen to love these things. Probably because they taste like frosting covered nostalgia.

Hershey Brownies (omit the chocolate chips)

Chocolate Frosting

Boil 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 6 tablespoons butter and 6 tablespoons milk for one minute in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Cool (in an ice bath if you're impatient like me) to a spreadable consistency and spread over brownies.
