We went on vacation and this is all the recreational sewing I managed to eek out. To be fair, it was much, much too hot to do anything more than try to remain in or on the lake as much as humanly possible. Doubly so if you you were a pregnant lady or a two year old (boats and swimming being some of said two year old's favorite things).
Now we're back and the sewing is much less recreational and much more practical: curtains, napkins, quilt binding.
There's painting and building and room shuffling going on.
Hot or no, I kinda wish we were still on vacation.
