Sunday: Grilled Pork Steak, Grilled Veggies, Lemon Shallot Rice
Monday: Leftover Veggie and Ricotta Frittata, Toast
Tuesday: Chicken with Olives and Pine Nuts *New Recipe*, Sauteed Spinach with Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes and Currents, Polenta
Local chicken and spinach from the farmer's market. Hooray!
Wednesday: Pizza with Olives, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Cherry Peppers, Broccoli
Thursday: Spicy Soba Noodles with Shitakes and Cabbage
Friday: Sausage, Lentil, and Kale Soup *New Recipe*, Yet-to-be-determines biscuits or quick bread
